87 years old former Minister, Alhaji Shettima Monguno kidnapped in Maiduguri

87 years old Alhaji Shettima Monguno was today snatched after praying at a mosque in Maiduguri by men suspected to be kidnappers.

Alhaji Monguno was former Minister for Mines and Power, Petroleum and Energy 1972-1975 and served as OPEC President 1972-73.
