Heidi Klum, 42 has declared her love for her 29 year old boyfriend, Vito Schnabel on his birthday, she took to her Instagram page on Monday and posted a picture captioned '' I love my V, HAPPY BIRTHDAY.'' The couple are looking very happy!
She's been very hush hush about their romance. Well at least now the all her Instagram followers now know it. They have been dating for over a year now.
